- The HLP&RF representation includes City Officials, the Chamber of Commerce, Swim Team Officers and Community Members
- The HLP&RF has written and verbal support from the Town of Chester, the Liberty County Commissioners, Chester Joplin Inverness School District and the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce as a viable project for our area.
- The residents of Chester and surrounding Hi-Line area have been consistent in their approval for the construction of a new pool facility.
